Citizenship by Investment

In October 2018, Montenegro launched its Citizenship by Investment program, which enables investors to get a second citizenship in just six months.

On the Balkan Peninsula in Europe, there is a country called Montenegro. Montenegro is a popular tourist destination due to its hilly terrain, gorgeous coastline, and well-preserved historic towns.

Montenegro Passport:

A European passport that may be obtained in six months, the Montenegro passport is ranked 47th in the world. Investors will be allowed to travel visa-free to more than 120 nations, including the Schengen Area and the United Kingdom, if they secure a second passport in Montenegro.

Investment Scheme:

The Montenegro Citizenship can be obtained in 6 months, through a 2-part investment of Government contribution and real estate investment for as little as €100,000.

1- €100,000 Donation in a Government Funds.

2- €250,000 investment in approved real estate in an undeveloped area (in the north of the country).

3- €450,000 Investment in approved real estate in a developed region (in the south of the country).
