1. The Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF)
Launched in April 2018 as a new permanent investment fund to replace the temporary Hurricane Relief Fund set up to help the devastation caused by the 2017 hurricanes in the Caribbean.
The new SGF is open for donations with the following thresholds and terms:

2. Real Estate Investments:
The minimum investment required by law is US$400,000 for 5 years or US$200,000 for 7 years for each main applicant.
On approval in principle of an application made through a real estate investment, a Government fee applies, as follows:

3. The Alternative Investment Option (AIO)
The applicant may invest in a pre-approved project set by the Government of Saint Kitts and Nevis which is developed by Private Enterprise Developers (PEDs) and Public Good Project Developers (PGPDs) as follows:

Qualifications:
- The applicant must hold a valid passport.
